The pipe cap inherits all the advantages of HDPE material, enabling it to work for a long time in various harsh environments:

Extremely strong corrosion resistance: HDPE is an inert material that resists corrosion from various acids, alkalis, salts, and chemical media, making it excellent for sewage and chemical pipelines.

Flexibility and impact resistance: It possesses excellent flexibility and an elongation at break of over 500%, allowing it to adapt to pipeline deformation caused by foundation settlement, earthquakes, etc., without cracking.

Hygienic and environmentally friendly: The material itself is non-toxic and odorless, meeting food-grade standards (such as PE100), and can be directly used in drinking water pipeline systems. Discarded pipe caps can also be recycled and melted down for remanufacturing, making it green and environmentally friendly.


Function of Pipe Caps

To achieve permanent sealing and prevent leakage

This is the most fundamental function of pipe caps. By fusing with the pipe body of the same material, it forms a completely sealed whole:

Integrated Connection: Through hot-melt welding, the pipe cap is integrated with the pipe, and the strength of the connection is even higher than that of the pipe itself, completely eliminating the interface gaps that may exist in traditional connection methods.

Injection molding of HDPE pipe fittings is a highly efficient and widely used production process. Its core involves injecting molten HDPE raw material into a mold using an injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidification, directly obtaining a complete pipe fitting.
