Stage 1: Pre-Installation Preparation

Review Design & Specifications – Study engineering drawings and ensure all technical requirements are understood.
Material Inspection – Only use HDPE pipes and fittings with certified test reports. Check for defects such as cracks, scratches, or uneven ends.
Equipment Readiness – Ensure all tools—pipe cutters, fusion machines, measuring instruments—are calibrated and in good condition.

Stage 2: Trench Excavation & Bedding
